Welcome to Upper Level Consulting, LLC. By subscribing to our Continued E-Commerce Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Fee and Payment
The monthly subscription fee for our Continued E-Commerce Services is $149.00 (USD).

This subscription is for a fixed term of 12 months.
Your credit card will be automatically charged once a month on the date of your initial service activation. This charge will continue for a total of 12 consecutive months.

2. Agreement to 12-Month Term

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to commit to the 12-month term of service.

You authorize Upper Level Consulting, LLC to charge your credit card monthly for the duration of the term.

3. Credit Card Authorization

You expressly give permission to Upper Level Consulting, LLC to charge your credit card for the monthly subscription fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the monthly charges and that your credit card information is up to date

4. Declined Payments

In the event that any monthly charge is declined, you will be notified immediately.

Failure to update your payment information and settle the due charge within this 10-day grace period will result in the termination of all services provided by Upper Level Consulting, LLC.

5. Service Termination

If your service is terminated due to declined charges, you may be subject to reactivation fees should you wish to resume services.

Termination of services does not waive the obligation to pay any outstanding balances accrued during the term.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before the end of the 12-month term are not permitted. The subscriber is responsible for the full term’s fees, regardless of the usage or any request for early termination.

7. Changes to Terms

Upper Level Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be effectively immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you.
